Two tools. One connected system. The Marketing Budget Planner auto-builds your entire marketing budget using real industry benchmarks — and gets smarter when you feed it your actual data. The Performance Tracker measures what's really happening and tells you exactly what to scale, cut, or fix.
Apart, each one replaces tools that cost thousands. Together, they create a closed-loop marketing operating system.
Built from the same framework I've used with $25M+ marketing budgets, now packaged as two self-service power tools.
This multi-use license lets you utilize both tools across every client engagement. Buy once, use it everywhere — no per-client fees, no restrictions.
These aren't templates you fill in — they're planning and performance engines that auto-configure, flag what needs attention, and tell you where to double down, where to reallocate, and where to cut. Built-in insights and flags across the tabs keep you in control without digging through data.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Transfer your plan from the Planner using the Plan Export tab — copy, paste, and your budget becomes your performance benchmark
Enter monthly actuals and everything calculates — real CPAs by channel, variances against plan, YTD pacing, and trend lines across months
Every channel gets a dynamic recommendation — Scale, Maintain, Optimize, or Pause — that updates as your numbers change
Conditional formatting and status flags across every tab highlight what's off-track: overspending, underperforming channels, pacing gaps, CPA spikes — so problems surface immediately, not at quarter-end
Formula-driven insights on the Executive Dashboard interpret your data into conversation recommendations — flagging where to accelerate, where to pull back, and what needs attention now
Trend Analysis shows channel performance over time so you can spot patterns — what's compounding, what's fading, and what's seasonal noise
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Build Your Plan (Planner) Select your industry, enter your budget and goals — Express Mode auto-builds your plan with real benchmarks and monthly projections. You have a defensible budget in 30 minutes. Import historical data and it recalculates everything using your real numbers.
Step 2: Track What's Actually Happening (Tracker) Transfer your plan into the Tracker (the Plan Export tab makes it a simple copy/paste) and enter monthly actuals. It auto-calculates real CPAs, compares to plan, and recommends which channels to scale, maintain, optimize, or pause. Built-in alerts flag problems before they become expensive.
Step 3: Optimize and Repeat (Both) Use the Tracker's insights to adjust the Planner. Test scenarios in the Optimizer. The Executive Dashboard gives you the story to bring into budget meetings — what's working, what's not, and where to reallocate.
Plan → Track → Optimize → Repeat.
